Loving Father, we lift up to You children who suffer from incurable illnesses and their families who walk this difficult path with them. Grant them compassionate medical care, faithful support, and caregivers filled with wisdom and love. Strengthen their hearts with Your grace, especially in moments of fear, pain, and exhaustion. May they never lose hope, but find comfort, courage, and peace in Your abiding presence. Amen
